The transaction of buying of a part of business of Energetikos paslaugų ir rangos organizacija UAB, intended by and between TETAS UAB and Energetikos paslaugų ir rangos organizacija UAB is an arm's length transaction (the price of the Transaction does not exceed the market price determined in a valuation made by an independent expert and the market interest rate is applied) and the Transaction is fair and justified with respect to shareholders of LITGRID AB.
