Withdrawal from the safeguard plan

Following the bank and bond refinancing operations carried out (see press release of 21^st October, 2019), Groupe Partouche reimbursed on 24^th October 2019 all the amounts due under the syndicated loan pertaining to the safeguard plan.

The Paris Commercial Court has thus today noted the successful execution and withdrawal of the safeguard plan 3 years in advance. Groupe Partouche has scrupulously respected the provisions of the safeguard plan, throughout its period of implementation.

Mr. Fabrice Paire, Chairman of the Executive Board declared "the Group is now turning a complex page in its history. Backed up by our financial partners, and with their support, we can, with an increased serenity, accelerate our transformation. Engaged and dynamic, our vision is to continually improve the convivial offer presented to our clientele."

As a result, the mission of SCP Abitbol & Rousselet represented by Maître Frédéric Abitbol in his capacity as Commissioner for the execution of the plan, has been terminated.

As a reminder, Groupe Partouche was placed in a safeguard procedure by ruling of 30^th September 2013. The Paris Commercial Court by ruling of 29^th September 2014 approved the safeguard plan to the benefit of Groupe Partouche and appointed SCP Abitbol & Rousselet. This plan was amended by judgment of 2^nd November 2016, itself rectified by ruling of 8^th December 2016.
