Oslo, 22 January 2018 - Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (Interoil) is pleased to confirm that the company has paid interest related to the bond issued on January 2015. The amount paid was USD 1,123,062.48.

Leandro Carbone, CEO, commented: "This is the second interest instalment paid in line with our long-term financing plan. We are pleased to honour the commitment we made to the bond holders in January 2015."

The next interest payment is due in July 2018. The bond matures in January 2020.
