As previously communicated The Board of Directors intends to strengthen the company's capital base through a directed share issue, i.e. within the framework of authorisation previously granted by a shareholders' meeting of a maximum of 1,750,000 shares, corresponding to a maximum dilution of 5 per cent. Carnegie Investment Bank has been appointed as a financial advisor in connection with the planned transaction. The timing for the transaction is yet to be determined.
