FORCHEM'S BOND TO BE DELISTED FROM NASDAQ HELSINKI LTD

Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd has approved Forchem Plc's (“Forchem”) application to delist its EUR 70 million senior secured callable bonds issued on 2 July 2015 with ISIN FI4000161906 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are expected to be delisted on or about 14 May 2019 as specified in a release that has been published separately by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.

Forchem has redeemed the full outstanding amount of the Bonds in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
