Pihlajalinna Oyj: Flagging notification in accordance with chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities Market Act

Pihlajalinna Oyj has received a disclosure notices under chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act regarding MWW Yhtiö Oy holdings of Pihlajalinna Oyj stock that have increased to 11.23% of total Pihlajalinna stock and voting rights.
According to information published in the Offering Circular of Pihlajalinna Oyj, MWW Yhtiö Oy and Sinister Oy shareholders signed agreements on 7 May 2015 and 8 May 2015 according to which MWW Yhtiö Oy will buy the shares of Sinister Oy should the listing of Pihlajalinna Oyj be realized. The acquisition of the shares has been realized with the payment of the purchase price of the shares on 17 June 2015. Pihlajalinna Oyj CEO Mikko Wirén and his family own 90% of MWW Yhtiö Oy.
Pihlajalinna Oyj has total of 19113146 shares. Each share entitles its holder to one (1) vote. MWW Yhtiö Oy has thus total of 2147060 votes.
