GreenMobility A/S announces price guidance for the private placement of new shares
With reference to the company announcement no. 34 2019 of 5 November 2019 of the intention to issue new shares in GreenMobility A/S (“GreenMobility”) by way of a private placement with proceeds of up to DKK 30m, it is expected that the private placement will be completed at a price per share of DKK 92.00.
Further notice will be given following completion of the bookbuilding and will later be followed by final announcement of subscription price, allocations and total proceeds.
