NEW HAVEN, CT--(Marketwired - Jan 16, 2014) - Woodbridge International, a leading, global middle-market M&A firm, is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of longtime sell-side client THRO Ltd., a designer, manufacturer and marketer of branded home accessories based in Islip, New York.
THRO was acquired by Home Décor Companies, a Southaven, Mississippi-based portfolio company of Linsalata Capital Partners in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Home Décor provides portable lamps, wall décor and other decorative accessories to mass merchants and large home décor retailers across the U.S. and Canada.
Linsalata Capital Partners, founded in 1984, is a middle-market buyout firm with 102 acquisitions and with combined transaction value exceeding $3 billion.
