Klövern sells Postgallerian in Västerås

Klövern AB (publ) is selling the property Kol 13, which includes Postgallerian, which has a central location in Västerås. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 50 million.
This property, which comprises a total of just over 4,800 sq. m., contains both a galleria, warehouse and office premises. The purchaser is the local property owner Imperia Invest and the transfer will take place on 19 December 2012.
"Klövern works actively to concentrate and fine-tune its portfolio both geographically and in terms of types of property", says Klövern's CEO Rutger Arnhult.
