DASSAULT AVIATION: completata l'acquisizione della partecipazione di GIMD in Thales
GIMD e Dassault Aviation hanno annunciato oggi di aver completato l'acquisizione, da parte della Dassault Aviation, della partecipazione di GIMD in Thales, pari a 10.277.043 azioni.

La transazione si basa su un prezzo di 38 Euro per azione, per un valore totale di circa 390,5 milioni di Euro. Il trasferimento delle azioni avrà luogo il 20 maggio 2009; il pagamento avverrà per il 50% in cash e l'altro 50% a credito (ripagato 1/4 dopo 1 anno ed 1/4 dopo 2 anni).
