Altice announces it has made an offer for SFR
Paris - March 5, 2014: Altice S.A. (Euronext: ATC) today announced that it has made an offer to purchase a controlling stake in Vivendi's subsidiary, SFR, through Altice's subsidiary, Numericable.
Vivendi's Supervisory Board is considering the offer and Altice will update the market in due course.
