On 5 June 2018, Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) received a notification of major shareholding in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Evli Bank Plc (Business ID: 0533755-0), according to which the combined shareholding of mutual funds Evli Finnish Small Cap and Evli Finland Mix decreased to under 5 per cent of the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc on 5 June 2018.
