EDF is announcing the completion of the disposal of its 25% stake in Alpiq 

EDF announced on 5 April 2019 the signing of a bidding agreement related to the disposal of its stake in Alpiq. Following the approval by the German competition authority, EDF completed on May 28, 2019 the disposal of its 25.04% stake in Swiss power producer Alpiq.
