DASSAULT AVIATION : Dassault Aviation avvia negoziati esclusivi con Alcatel-Lucent
A seguito del comunicato di Dassault Aviation del 13 ottobre 2008 e del comunicato di Alcatel-Lucent del 14 ottobre 2008, entrambe le società annunciano oggi l'intenzione di avviare negoziati esclusivi fino al 15 dicembre 2008. I negoziati verteranno sull'acquisizione da parte di Dassault del 20,8% detenuto da Alcatel-Lucent in Thales. Il prezzo di acquisizione sarà di 38 euro per azione. Dassault Aviation depositerà presso l'autorità di vigilanza francese, l'AMF, la domanda di esenzione dall'obbligo di fare un'offerta pubblica.
Besides, Dassault Aviation has launched discussions with the French state to define the scope of their partnership as shareholders of Thales.
Dassault Aviation and Alcatel-Lucent will keep the market informed about any significant change in their negotiations.
