GalleryDock Launches a Central Client Gallery Entrance for Photographers’ Websites
Comunicato Precedente
Comunicato Successivo
GalleryDock has introduced a central client gallery access point that photographers can embed on their own websites. Available from October 11, 2026, the feature lets customers enter their gallery password on a shared access page and open the corresponding photo collection.
The update gives photographers one website destination to use across customer projects. Instead of creating an individual website page for every shoot, they can maintain a single client entrance while managing separate galleries in GalleryDock.
One entry page for separate client collections
A photographer can add the access point to a page such as “Client Galleries” using an embed code. Each customer receives the access-page address and the password associated with their own gallery. Sharing the entry page does not merge the collections or make every customer's images publicly visible.
The approach connects photo delivery with the photographer's existing portfolio and business identity. GalleryDock hosts the collections; the photographer's website provides the embedded route to them. Website support depends on whether the platform and plan allow custom HTML or embedded content.
Available to an international English-speaking audience
Based in Hannover, Germany, GalleryDock has been available internationally in English since September 24, 2026. The new central access feature extends its website integration options for photographers serving English-speaking clients worldwide.
Photographers can copy the embed code into a compatible website editor, test the page on desktop and mobile, and include the shared address in their delivery messages. They continue to manage each gallery and its access details separately.
Photo delivery, selections and video review
Beyond website integration, GalleryDock provides online client galleries, photo selection tools, video feedback for filmmakers and a gallery print shop. These functions support different stages of a creative project, from presenting photographs to collecting client choices and reviewing video revisions.
A free GalleryDock account includes three galleries and 1 GB of storage. Additional capacity and features depend on the selected plan. Photographers can assess the service using their own work before deciding whether a larger plan is appropriate.

Questions about online client galleries
How can I give photography clients one place to find their galleries?
Create a client access page on your website and embed GalleryDock's central entrance. Customers use their gallery password to open the matching collection from that shared page.
Can an online photo gallery be added to an existing website?
Yes, when the website editor supports the required embed code. GalleryDock's
website embedding guide explains the integration approach. Check your website plan's restrictions before setting it up.
Do different clients see the same photographs?
The entry page can be shared, but the galleries remain separate. Clients enter the password associated with the collection they are meant to access.
What does password protection do for a client gallery?
It requires visitors to supply the gallery password before accessing the protected collection. A shared password does not verify someone's identity, so photographers should distribute it carefully. Further information is available on
password-protected client galleries.
Is there a free client gallery option for photographers?
GalleryDock offers three galleries and 1 GB of storage with a free account. The right plan depends on storage needs and the features required for each project.
How can customers choose their favorite images?
GalleryDock's photo selection tools let customers communicate their preferred photographs within the gallery workflow. Photographers should explain whether those selections are for editing, ordering or another agreed stage.
Can filmmakers collect feedback on videos?
GalleryDock includes video feedback tools for reviewing work with clients, alongside its photography gallery functions.
What should I test before sending a gallery to a client?
Check the access page on mobile and desktop, enter the intended password, confirm the correct collection opens and review the relevant download or selection settings. Provide a short explanation of the client's next step.
