Primary insider, Mr Craig Anderson, CEO has notified the Company on exercise of 740,203 options in the Company, corresponding to 740,203 shares, at the strike price of NOK 4.1 per share.

Primary insider, Mrs Fiona Larkin, CFO has notified the Company on exercise of 286,125 options in the Company, corresponding to 286,125 shares, at the strike price of NOK 9.6 per share.

Separate announcements will follow regarding shares issued and the number of shares received, and totally held, by the primary insiders due to the exercise.
