Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVGI) was downgraded by analysts at Robert W. Baird from an "outperform" rating to a "neutral" rating. They now have a $10.00 price target on the stock, down previously from $19.00.

Dendreon Co. (NASDAQ: DNDN) was downgraded by analysts at Bank of America from a "neutral" rating HHGregg (NYSE: HGG) was downgraded by analysts at SunTrust from a "buy" rating to a "neutral" rating. The stock was also downgraded by analysts at Stifel Nicolaus from a "buy" rating to a "hold" rating.

DuPont (NYSE: DD) was downgraded by analysts at Macquarie from an "outperform" rating to a "neutral" rating.

Life Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: LIFE) was downgraded by analysts at JPMorgan Chase from an "overweight" rating to a "neutral" rating.

Office Depot (NYSE:ODP) and Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLS) were downgraded by analysts at Sanford C. Bernstein from an "outperform" rating to a "market perform" rating.

Shaw Group (NASDAQ: SHAW) was downgraded by analysts at Macquarie from a "neutral" rating to an "underperform" rating. Shaw was also downgraded by analysts at Robert W. Baird from a "neutral" rating to an "underperform" rating.

Syngenta AG (NYSE: SYT) was downgraded by analysts at UBS AG from a "neutral" rating to a "sell" rating.

 USG Co. (NYSE: USG) was downgraded by analysts at Longbow Research from a "buy" rating to a "neutral" rating.

 Waste Management (NYSE: WM) was downgraded by analysts at Morgan Stanley from an "equalweight" rating to an "underweight" rating.
