We regret to announce that Philip Nijenhuis - CEO - has been taken ill and may take at least several weeks to recover. In order for the company to continue to operate smoothly the following temporary changes will take immediate effect.

 

Reinhard Pusch will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), on top of his current CSO position.

 

The position of Chief Executive Officer will be provided by an Executive Committee comprising of the following:

 

Reinhard Pusch (COO/CSO), Martin Sallenhag (CTO) and Erwin Vrielink, CFO as of 1 November.

 

Remy Cuny, our present CFO who will leave RoodMicrotec on 1 November, will continue to support this executive committee for the time being.

 

The executive committee will be supported on a daily basis by Chairman of the Supervisory Board Vic Tee.
