Alan Kelsey Steps down as Chairman of Board of Directors for Nord Anglia Education

Alan joined Nord Anglia Education's Board of Directors in November 2003 and subsequently took on the role of Chairman of the Board in January 2005. During his time on the Board, Alan served on Nord Anglia's Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Nominating Committee and Corporate Governance Committee.

Following Nord Anglia Education's take private transaction on 1 September, a new Board of Directors was appointed. The Board will be comprised of representatives from Nord Anglia Education management, Baring Private Equity Asia and CPPIB.
