ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company has elected  the following members of the Company's Audit Committee, two of whom are independent: Nijolė Zibalienė (chairperson), Regina Domarkienė and Sigita Leonavičienė.
