OY INGMAN FINANCE AB'S OWNERSHIP OF OKMETIC'S SHARES TO 5.03 PERCENT

 

Notification of a change in holdings as required by Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act:

 

Okmetic Oyj (Trade Register number 0596885-4) has received a notification that the total holdings of Oy Ingman Finance Ab (Trade Register number 2241895-0) in Okmetic have today exceeded 5 percent. Oy Ingman Finance Ab now owns 870,000 shares in Okmetic Oyj, which corresponds to 5.03 percent of the company's shares and votes.

 

The total number of shares of Okmetic Oyj is 17,287,500 shares. Each share entitles its holder to one vote.
