Žemaitijos pienas, AB having become the sole shareholder of Baltijos mineralinių vandenų kompanija, UAB (see notification in the electronic disclosure submission system of Nasdaq)[1] made a decision pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.90 (4) of the Civil Code and Article 29 (1, 6) of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania on the conversion of Baltijos mineralinių vandenų kompanija, UAB; it was decided to change only the legal status, from a private limited liability company into a public limited liability company. Following the conversion, Baltijos mineralinių vandenų kompanija, UAB shall become a public limited liability company and would operate and carry out identical commercial activities with the same rights, duties, and responsibilities.
