Žemaitijos pienas, AB concluded the real estate purchase and sale contract with the associated party Šilutės Rambynas, AB-F on 18 April 2019 (industrial, administrative, auxiliary and other premises and yard structures) located at Klaipėdos g. 3, Šilutė town, under which the said property was sold to Šilutės Rambynas, AB-F.
The Company announced on 26 March 2019 that the Company's Audit Committee, having examined the application of Šilutės Rambynas, AB-F, concluded that the provisions of the purchase and sale agreement complied with the market conditions and therefore the Committee did not object to such a transaction.
