DEME completes Havfram acquisition

DEME COMPLETES HAVFRAM ACQUISITION Following the announcement on April 9, 2025, of its agreement to acquire Havfram, an international offshore wind contractor based in Norway, DEME (Euronext: DEME) has now successfully completed the acquisition.
