'Important step for Dutch company in Europe's financial centre'

Amsterdam, July 4, 2012 - Orangefield Group, global corporate service provider of administration-and management services and trust services to funds, today announces the take-over of London's Waterlow Legal and Company Services, part of Wilmington Group PLC. This acquisition by Orangefield Group shows the company's success in its growth strategy and the further improvement and extension of client services. By acquiring the reputable UK formations specialist, Orangefield records acquisition number six since 2011, following Hong Kong's ICS Trust in June of this year.

Orangefield Group is a global corporate service provider and fund administrator, offering a full range of corporate secretarial services. The acquisition of Waterlow and its thirteen employees is an important step for Orangefield Group to strengthen its foothold in financial hotspot London. This enables the company to offer services for its existing clients in the United Kingdom, while it gives clients of Waterlow the opportunity to take profit from Orangefield Trust's increasing global presence.

UK favourable for holding companies
Location, language and heritage are among London's great strengths. It is Europe's leading financial centre and a global player in a number of industry sectors. This, combined with the available commercial opportunities, the open business environment, the infrastructure, service, expertise and strong capital markets, makes the UK a desirable holding jurisdiction.

Increasing capacity
Both Waterlow and Orangefield provide cost-effective services that enable business managers to focus on building their businesses, such as providing a registered office address, filing of statutory documents and looking after annual returns. Joep Bruins, CEO of Orangefield: "The Waterlow staff provides services of the highest quality, with this acquisition we are increasing our capacity to provide clients efficient solutions in various jurisdictions worldwide."

Innovative mind-sets
Ms Joanne Vines,
manager of Waterlow: "We aim to maximise profits for our clients by providing efficient solutions. That is why we combine years of experience in this field with applied innovation, electronic processing in particular." Vines is confident that partnering with Orangefield is a very good move. "We know that Orangefield has the same service-oriented and innovative mind-set that enables us to continue to meet our clients' requirements with timely solutions," says Vines
