Iceland Seafood Intenational hf held a bondholders meeting for holders of bonds in the series ICESEA 25 06, ISIN: IS0000033199 today, 25 October 2023. At the meeting, all bondholders approved the attached Amendment and Waiver Letter, regarding terms and conditions of the Bond.
