A magical and vibrant atmosphere surrounded the poolside of the Messapia Hotel & Resort, where the world final of Miss Progress International has just concluded, the culminating event of the tenth edition of Women for Progress – Women Supporting the World. An unforgettable evening that combined entertainment, culture, and social engagement, followed via live stream on the event’s official YouTube channel by viewers across five continents.

The Italian-language hosting was entrusted to the experienced and engaging voice of Giuseppe Borrillo. Daiana Ante and Eric Sorge guided the international audience through each moment of the show during the live stream on the event’s YouTube channel.

An exceptional artistic cast framed the ceremony: the Lumia Art Ensemble, with the intense performances of mezzo-soprano Lucia Mastromarino and tenor Oronzo D’Urso, stirred emotions with their operatic arias; Taranto-based rapper MEX brought rhythm and relevance, while the H Family Company dance group—composed of twenty extraordinary performers—ignited the stage with spectacular choreographies.

Among the distinguished guests were Eyra Baquero, winner of the 2018 edition; Vanesa Giraldo Lopez, queen of the 2019 edition; and Francesca Speranza, Miss Progress International 2022. They shared their testimonies on the tangible impact the initiative has had on their lives and communities.

The eagerly awaited awards were presented in an emotional crescendo:

The first award was for the Best Traditional Costume: Andrea from Mexico enchanted the jury with an outfit blending history, symbolism, and artisanal craftsmanship.
Next, the title of Miss Progress Cultural Integration was awarded to Milagros (Nicaragua).
Nicole (Philippines) won over the online audience with her authenticity and powerful social message.
The award for Best Human Rights Project went to Daniela (Riviera Maya).
Khrystma (Brazil) presented the best proposal in the Health category, while Valentina (Colombia) won for the Environment category.

Finally, the most awaited announcement: the title of Miss Progress International 2025 was awarded to Khrystma Siberth from Brazil, for her project titled Aguaí. The initiative involves the use of a sustainable filter that transforms açaí seeds into activated charcoal to purify water and prevent disease, improving the health and quality of life for around 400 indigenous families living in the world’s largest river basin.

The evening ended with thunderous applause, emotional smiles, and a moving final choreography to the notes of the event’s official theme song, with all the contestants united on stage as a symbol of unity and hope.

The tenth edition of Women for Progress thus concluded under the sign of light and the courage of women who believe in change. Once again, the event proved that the future is built through ideas, commitment, and determination.
