Klövern lets to Motorola in Linköping
Klövern AB has signed a contract to let approximately 4,800 sq.m. to Motorola Mobility at Mjärdevi, Linköping. The lease term is five years and the total rent for the period amounts to over SEK 36 million.
Motorola is co-locating their operations in what is already an IT intensive technology park at Mjärdevi in the vicinity of Linköping University. Moving in at the property Idéläran 2 is expected to take place in July 2013.
"It is naturally very gratifying that there is great interest in our premises at Mjärdevi Science Park. It also reflects positively on Klövern that an existing tenant has decided to enter into a new lease with us", says Klövern's CEO Rutger Arnhult.
