The Company was today notified that Ross Paterson, Finance Director of Stagecoach Group plc (the "Company"), purchased the following ordinary shares of 125/228 pence each in the Company.

The purchase price for each of the above shares was 186.1484p. The transaction was carried out in London on 29 June 2017.
