No Indications of Impact on BICS' Telecommunications Network
For BICS, the protection of the customers and their data is a key priority. At this stage there is no indication that BICS' telecommunications network, which carries the actual customer traffic, has been impacted by this intrusion on the Belgacom Group corporate IT network. At no point in time, the delivery of our telecommunication services has been compromised.
BICS has also filed a complaint against an unknown third party and is granting its full support to the investigation that is being performed by the Prosecutor.
