Atria Plc's Board of Directors has today transferred 2,572 Atria shares held by the company to the Group's key employees belonging to the target group of the share-based incentive scheme.

The right to dividend and other shareholder rights shall commence on the day the shares are entered in the key person's book-entry account.

After the share transfer, the company holds a total of 108 740 own shares.
