On 7 September 2017, Kinepolis Group NV has received a transparency notification from BlackRock Inc., indicating that, by virtue of transactions in shares and equivalent financial instruments, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights attached to shares and equivalent financial instruments of Kinepolis Group NV.

The total holding of the controlled companies by BlackRock Inc. now amounts to 4.08%
