On 28 November 2018, EDF and its subsidiary Sofilo completed the sale of a portfolio of over 200 office and business assets to investment vehicles managed by Colony Capital.

The closing of this transaction marks the completion of EDF Group's assets disposal plan for 2015-2020 of €10 billion.
