(TSX-V: BYV) (OTC Pink: BYVVF) (Frankfurt: B4N) is pleased to announce the Company has filed a technical report entitled ""B" BLOCK NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 43-101 COMPLIANT TECHNICAL REPORT," dated Feb. 14, 2014. The report was prepared in compliance with National Instrument 43-101, standards for disclosure for mineral projects, and may be found under the Company's profile on SEDAR and on Bayfield's web site. The "B" Block property is well located to the north of New Gold's expanding Intrepid gold-silver zone and to the north-east of Bayfield's Burns Block gold-silver deposits, Rainy River district, north-western Ontario.

The technical report supports the disclosure contained in Bayfield's news release issued on Feb. 18, 2014, summarizing the Technical Report for the Company's 100% owned Rainy River "B" Block property. The report also provides further information on the project's history, precious metal exploration results, exploration potential, as well as an overview of the regional geology.

 

On January 23, 2014, Bayfield filed on SEDAR an Independent Mineral Resource Estimate on the Company's flagship Burns Block Rainy River project dated January 14, 2014, entitled "BURNS BLOCK NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 43-101 COMPLIANT TECHNICAL REPORT" prepared by Riverbend Geological Services Inc.
