The European Energy Group today signed an agreement for the sale of eight solar PV farms in Denmark with a total nameplate capacity of 70 MW to re:cap, an asset manager for renewable energy investments based in Switzerland.

The European Energy Group owns 100 % of the solar farms sold which were constructed and grid connected in the second quarter of 2018.

Completion of the sale will contribute positively to European Energy A/S' financial position.
