Michael Kende is the co-Head of the Regulatory Sector at Analysys Mason. Dr. Kende is an economist by training, with a Ph.D. from
MIT . At Analysys Mason, Kende has worked with operators and regulators in six continents, providing advice on a variety of Internet issues. He has worked on projects relating to Internet backbone interconnection, spectrum assignments, broadband deployment, Voice over IP and IPTV. His clients have included the World Bank, the IDA in
Singapore , OSIPTEL in
Peru , and the European Union.
David A. Gross , former U.S. Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy at the U.S. Department of State, is chair of
Wiley Rein 's International Telecommunications Practice. One of the world's foremost experts on international telecommunications, he has addressed the United Nations (UN) General Assembly and has led delegations to many major international telecommunication conferences.
