Fourth Quarter 2015 * Like-for-like ("L/L") RevPAR for leased and managed hotels was up by 5.6%. The growth is due to an increase in average room rate as well as higher occupancy. * Revenue increased by 7.3% to MEUR 255.4 (238.0). The increase is mainly due to the strong RevPAR development and one-off fee items of MEUR 4.7.
