Volta Finance Limited ("the Company") refers to its interim dividend declared on 24 September 2025, paid on 23 October 2025 with a dividend date of 2 October 2025 and with a record date of 3 October 2025. The Company wishes to advise that it has been made aware of a delay in the settlement of a few dividend payments to shareholders who hold their shares with Euroclear Netherlands.

The Company confirms that it made its dividend distribution on time and in the ordinary course of business. Notwithstanding that the issue is outside of the scope or control of Volta Finance Limited, it is in discussions with the responsible parties, who are trying to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

The Company has appointed AXA Investment Managers Paris an investment management company with a division specialized in structured credit, for the investment management of all its assets.
